The Rivalry in Increase of Worldly Things Diverts You

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful. "The mutual rivalry for piling up of worldly things diverts you; Until you visit the graves (i.e. till you die). Nay! Question: Noble Shaykh, there are many books of Tafseer of Quran, so which tafseer do you advise (us) to read. May Allaah reward you well.
The books of Tafseer (of Quran) are many, all praise be to Allaah. This is from the blessings of Allaah. However, these books of Tafseer vary – amongst them are those that are long and in depth and those that are short and abridged, as well as those that are free from errors and those that contain errors, particularly in matters of Creed.

We are “obliged” to spread the message of Allah

One crime for which Bani Israel was repeatedly criticized and cursed was "altering the words of Allah" and "concealing knowledge". They were people of knowledge, but they "chose" to hide that which Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala had revealed towards them.

In Surah al-Baqarah ayah 159, Allah subhanahu wa ta'ala says:
"Indeed, those who conceal what We sent down of clear proofs and guidance after We made it clear for the people in the Scripture - those are cursed by Allah and cursed by those who curse."
