What do Muslims Believe?
What do Muslims Believe?
We, the Muslims believe in the Oneness of Allaah (God) in all aspects.
What is meant is that there is a clear difference between the Creator and the creation, and that there is nothing whatsoever that can be compared to the Creator.
We believe that Allaah (God) is the Lord of everything, and there is no lord besides Him. We believe that He (alone) created the Heavens and the Earth and everything that is found in them (whether seen or unseen), without the help of anyone or anything.
We believe that He is the Sole Possessor, Creator, Provider, Sustainer, and Maintainer of everything. He is the One who brings life into Read more ...

Every Action of the Children of Adam Is for Him Apart from Fasting
Shaykh Salih ibn Fawzan al-Fawzan:
All praise belongs to Allaah (Subhanahu ta'ala). This is a great hadith, confirmed on the authority of the Messenger (Sallallaahu alayhi wassallam) who narrates from his Lord who said, "Every deed of the son of Adam is for him except fasting; that is certainly for Me and I shall reward for it." 1
In this hadith is the virtue of fasting and its merit over all other actions, and that indeed Allaah (Subhanahu ta'ala) specified it for Himself above the other actions of the servant.
