  1. In Jashsne EID E MILAD UN NABI (S.A.W.)there is no bad thing done, all that is done is within the sahareh.NABI E PAK (S.A.W.) ki tarif bayan karna jaiz nahi hai,

    • @Waqar
Shari’ah is that which is in line with the Quran and the Sahih hadiths of the Prophet (pbuh). There is no daleel that the Prophet (pbuh) or any of his companions or the tabieen or tabi tabieen or the early scholars of sunnah ever did or approve celebration.

This is an innovation from the 4th century hijrah, first time done by Shites. So whom are we trying to imitate here??? Think about it with a clear mind. Any ibadat that is allowed in Islam, our imaan is that our Prophet taught us about it. So any addition to this is innovation and all innovation leads to hellfire (as per sahih hadith on this).

We need to refer back everything back to the original source, which is the Quran and sahih hadiths and in accordance to understandings of the Sahabahs and the best 3 generations (as per sahih hadith).

May Allaah give us the right and true understanding of the deen and not harden our hearts with bid’ah and falsehood.

      • It is false to say this because PROPHET MUHAMMAD (PEACE BE UPON HIM) celebrated the day of his birth as proven from Sahih Muslim that PROPHET(PEACE BE UPON HIM) was asked about fasting on Monday and he replied”He was born on this day and revelation was sent on him” (Sahih Muslim 2606) above all, Allah (S.W.T.) Himself takes the”DAYS OF PROPHETIC BIRTHS AS DAYS OF PEACE” See Qur’an 19:15)
Secondly, it is wrong to consider anything which Sahaba didn’t do, by default because there are many things which Sahaba(R.A) didn’t do and later scholars derived rulings on them looking at principles. Therefore if anything does not contradict the principles of Shariah then it has always been allowed, for example the knowledge of al-Jarh wa’t Ta’deel in hadith, Principles of Hadith, criteria to authenticate Hadith, the knowledge of Asma ur Riiaal, putting Araab(punctuation) on Qur’an. Building minarets on mosques, narrating hadiths with chain of narrators etc… The point is that their Asl is found in Shariah, similarly the Asl for rejoicing on Mawlid is found in Qur’an itself let alone Sunnah where it is definitely found too.
Thirdly, the objectioners are asked to bring forward a categorical hadith in which Prophet(P.U.B.H) forbade Mawlid.remember something haram you need a more stronger proof whereas even silence goes in favour of us Sunnis due to this following hadith:
Abu Darda(RA)narrates that the Prophet said: Whatever Allah has permitted in His Book is Halaal, whatever He has forbidden is Haraam. “AND ANYTHING OVER WHICH THERE IS SILENCE IS PARDONED” so accept the pardon of Allah, or Allah cannot be forgetful. Then he recited this verse: and your Lord is never forgetful(Maryam 19:64) Imam Haythami in Majma uz Zawaid 1:171, Hadith No. 794)
Imam Haythami said: It is narrated by Al-Bazzar and Tabarani in his Kabir with”Hassan chain having reliable narrators “.This Hadeeth is also classified as Sahihah by Nasir ud-din Albani in his Silsilat Sahihah(5/325)

The Prophet fasted every monday of the year and not a specific monday. So your attributing this hadith for this is false. The Prophet said any innovation is into hellfire. Anything that is added to deen is innovation, and there is no place for it in Islam. The Sahabas did not celebrate it, nor did any one else from the first 400 years Hijrah do it. Nor did they find or interpreted any ayat from the Quran or hadith to understand that it means this celebration as said by you. We are commanded to hold on to the rope of Allah and to follow the Prophet. And following the Prophet consists of following the deen as per the understanding of his Sahabas and the Best 3 generations (per sahih hadith).

          Hope this clears your doubts.

Every Bida’t (innovations) are not wrong, if this could be there than the first Bida’t (innovations) after PROPHET (P.B.U.H.) is that the QURAN in the form of book so today we read QURAN is it Bida’t (innovations)
There are many more Bida’t like this which is not wrong if it would be wrong than today how would we able to read & learn QURAN.
There was a need to change the things that where done at the time of PROPHET (P.U.B.H.)
So,now everything in our common day to day life we do like Delivering AZAN on loudspeakers, Delivering Bayan on loudspeakers, chance in dress code, using modern technology… etc many more things which are very important for us in our life so we have to do this….
And bad innovations added in ISLAM is considered wrong and is in hellfire….
But while celebrating EID E MILAD UN NABI (P.B.U.H.) there is no bad so we can celebrate it…..

          • @Waqar
Brother your logic is false. Giving adhaan via loudspeakers, there is nothing wrong with that because it is a means of making the adhaan reach the listeners, and the means come under the same rulings as the ends. It is required for the muezzin to raise his voice so that the people can hear him, so whatever is a means to this end is also required. Similarly, making voices and useful opinions reach distant places by means of telegraphs, telephones, etc. is included in the command of Allah and His Messenger to convey the truth to mankind. The ability to convey the truth and beneficial words through a variety of means is a blessing from Allah, and developing and inventing means that serve both religious and worldly interests is a kind of jihad for the sake of Allah. Similarly, using the Internet to convey beneficial knowledge and call people to Islam is one of the most useful means and this does not come under innovation in Deen.

Similarly compilation of Quran is not an innovation as ayats were written during the times of Prophet (pbuh) and to preserve and its usage in form of mushaf was much needed as Islam spread throughout the world. All of that and other things are included in the commands to use all means of strength and jihad.

The Prophet (pbuh) stated repeatedly that: “Every newly-invented thing is a bid’ah (innovation), every bid’ah is a going astray, and every going astray will be in the Fire.” (Reported by al-Nisaa’i in al-Sunan, Salaat al-‘Eedayn, Baab kayfa al-Khutbah). Reports with the same meaning were narrated via Jaabir by Ahmad, via al-‘Irbaad ibn Saariyah by Abu Dawud and via Ibn Mas’ood by Ibn Maajah.

The Prophet (pbuh) used to say, when beginning a khutbah: “…The best of speech is the Book of Allah and the best of guidance is the guidance of Muhammad. The worst of things are those which are newly-invented, and every innovation is a going astray…” (reported by Muslim, no. 867)

If every bid’ah is a going astray, how can some people then say that there is such a thing in Islam as “bid’ah hasanah”? By Allah, this is an obvious contradiction of the statement and warning of the Prophet (pbuh).

When a person innovates something and adds to the deen something that does not belong to it, he is implying a number of bad things, each worse than the last:

            1) That the religion is lacking, that Allah did not complete and perfect it, and that there is room for improvement. This clearly contradicts the statement in the Quran (interpretation of the meaning): “…This day, I have perfected your religion for you, completed My favour upon you, and have chosen for you Islam as your religion…” [al-Maa’idah 5:3]

            2) That the religion remained imperfect from the time of the Prophet (pbuh) until the time when this innovator came along and completed it with his own ideas.

            3) That the Prophet (pbuh) was “guilty” of either of two things: either he was ignorant of this “good innovation,” or he knew about it but concealed it, thus letting his ummah down by not conveying it.

            4) That the Prophet (pbuh), his Companions and the righteous salaf (early generations) missed out on the reward of this “good innovation” – until this innovator came along and earned it for himself, despite the fact that he should say to himself, “If it was truly good, they would have been the first to do it.”

Opening the door to bid’ah leads to changing the deen (religion) and opens the way for personal whims and opinions, because every innovator implies that what he is introducing is something good, so whose opinion are we supposed to follow, and which of them should we take as a leader?

Following bid’ah leads to the cancelling out of sunnah practices and the ways of the salaf. Real life bears witness that whenever a bid’ah is followed, a sunnah practice dies out; the reverse is also true.

I hope I have already answered all your concerns.

May Allah subhanu ta’ala give hidayat to all Ummah and make the people of innovation run back to the established deen of Allah.
